PROCESS

MOLD DESIGN

All forging dies are made on-site with our expert team and a separate tool workshop. The precision of the forging dies will play a decisive role in the accuracy and quality of the steel forgings.

02 /

LOG CUTTING AND HEATING

Steel billets are cut to the desired diameter and length and heated in induction furnaces before forging.

03 /

CLOSED DIE FORGING

All steel forgings produced in ETA Steel Forge are forged in closed die. Products from 100 gr to 5 kg are pounded. Monthly forging capacity is 150 tons.

04 /

FLASH PIERCING

The product coming out of the forging mold is put into the correction molds and pressed again to remove the flange. In this step, the entire forging cavity is completed.

HEAT TREATMENT

If necessary, normalizing, quenching, annealing and tempering methods are applied after forging to improve strength and mechanical properties.

SAND BLASTING

All parts are sandblasted to achieve better surface quality. After sandblasting, the products will look much clearer and smoother.

07 /

PROCESSING

In some cases, machining is required to meet tolerances. In such cases, our company provides this service.

08 /

SURFACE TREATING

If there is no special surface treatment requirement, only sandblasting is done before packaging. If necessary, painting and zinc plating services are provided.

09 /

PACKAGING AND DELIVERY

Exported products are packed in polybags to protect them from damage and delivered in wooden creates. We can customize the package according to customer needs.
